By Rail: The Konkan railway region’s Lonavala railway station is the closest railhead to Kamshet. Lonavala is ideally placed 16 kilometers from kamshet and has good transport links to Mumbai and Goa. About Rs 300 will get you from Lonavala to kamshet by taxi.

By Road: Between Kamshet and other nearby areas, a number of state buses run. In additional to this, there are Volvo tourist buses that go from Mumbai and Pune to Kamshet hill station.
